      - Fun work and for a good cause - felt very appreciated and supported by managers and coworkers

      Cons

      - wasn't unusual for there to be organizational restructuring every few months, so my weekly routine would often be unpredictable

      Pros

      Really enjoying working for Dance Church, the pay is very fair for the work and the reward, and the community is beautiful.

      Cons

      It's very physically tiring, but of course that comes with the territory!
