      Pros

      Team environment, Danaher Business System, Lean and continuous improvement are focus. Very fun and fast paced. If you like working hard and not with a bunch of slackers its the place to be

      Cons

      Very focused on shareholder returns. It is an investment company after all, but it can become frustrating when projects are derailed

      My experience at Danaher was overwhelmingly positive. Great place to innovate and to see your contributions make a different. DBS taught me so much.

      Cons

      I don't think there is a drawback to working for Danaher. But everyone has their own experiences.
