      Pros

      Strong stock performance -- obviously great for shareholders. Very operations focused... cutthroat when it comes to operating efficiently with minimal resources. Generally flat hierarchy.

      Cons

      Operating with minimal resources. Oftentimes the perception that you're not looked after as an employee. Little to no recognition for great work.

      Pros

      My experience at Danaher was overwhelmingly positive. Great place to innovate and to see your contributions make a different. DBS taught me so much.

      Cons

      I don't think there is a drawback to working for Danaher. But everyone has their own experiences.
