      Pros

      Generally i do not write reviews but after seeing so many fake review written by the HRs in glassdoor. I thought better to write review and tell about the reality of the company. There is not pros except that they will give you decent hike at the time of joining They are guptas and they show why they are.

      Cons

      There are many I will highlight few. You wont get you salary after resignation. it will take at least 12 to 16 month after doing many followups and dropping thousands of mail they will start releasing your salary in parts. Every year they fire some people in name of performance. if you are on bench you can be fired any time. No chance of growth all long term project on old technologies. There is one long term project which is famous for client misbehavior. Mangers are useless they dont know any thing, team faced issue because of them.
