      Racist company with racist policies - Technical Project Manager Dalet Employee Review

      Pros

      There are no pros. Their salary and benefits are the worst in the industry. All non-French employees also get to enjoy healthy doses of racism on a daily basis.

      Cons

      This is a French company that is heavily biased towards its French employees and couldn't care lesser about non-French employees. There is constant discrimination and harassment handed down to American employees. All senior management employees are by default French and they look down upon anybody who's not French. Racist organization.

      Pros

      - Remote work available - Stable on the market - Nice communication between management and employees - Good people & good customers - Good insurance - 401 package + matching 50% - Dynamic growing company - Great tools, great customers. great experience - Compensation for home office - Help with all kinds of questions/issues of the employee - New technologies - Different kinds of business covered what gives good experience

      Cons

      - Salary is a bit lower than the market average but pretty good for people with mid experience (2-5 years) - Only french management. Sounds logical because the company is french, but international resources can bring a new vision.
