Overall, it was a good place to work. I enjoyed my time there, and DakotaPro has a cohesive, team-oriented environment.

The one major drawback is the lack of pay raises. Based on my experience, a person can work there for a long time, but raises are few and far between.

Dont have all companmy policies in place didnt have proper (Legal) Posters posted in a common area made up Rules to fire people, uncorrdinated, Terriable communication over all not worth working for
