      Pros

      Owner/Developer/Contractor feeds it's own pipeline.

      Cons

      One team working as seperate entities. This organization fails to act as a team with the goal of completing projects with the betterment of the whole, instead it is a development vs. construction. Fuzzy math between projects is never a good sign.

      They do business in their niche very well. Very intelligent leadership. Strong investor and banking relationships.

      Cons

      Leadership direction can be unclear and disorganized. Had to close down their Construction division. Turnover and stability was shaky.
