      Few to little chance of advancement Nepotism rampant in certain divisons Few to no opportunities to attend conferences or continuing education Salaries not entirely competitive with industry standards Rank favortism, marginalization and rumor spreading to discredit employees or to get them to leave voluntarily

      Pros

      Some of the people make it worth waking up every morning, and are truly a wonder to interact with daily. The location is amazing, really close to the beach.

      Cons

      Some people are controlling, devious, and do not do anything to progress the company's goals, but rather their own. The work can get sometimes become monotonous, and doesn't really evolve. Not much room for upward growth.
