Leadership is made up of people from the same background - professionally and demographically. Leadership has no experience outside of the firm so they are not receptive to new ways of doing things or new ideas. Pay raises and bonus are minimal - despite them talking a big game during the recruitment process. Internal operations are a total joke and non existent No training or learning and development program so employees are just left to figure things out and grace is not given when the inevitable mistake happens.
