Pros
It's nationwide company with opportunities to transfer to another state. There is consistancy in the protocols and procedures. The wages are comparable or better than other companies in the same area. Leadership positions are available if one is interested. They have a great web site for information if needed. They have medical & dental insurance for full time employees. The 401k is OK. The stock buying plan is good if one is interested.
Cons
They seem too quick to fire employees with valuable knowledge for infractions. From my viewpoint, I would think they should be dealt with other sanctions first.
