I feel like my work is not appreciated as a CMIT in my weird position we had to hire out for the manager position because I didn't want to stay in Bremerton but yet I am training for manager here still and not getting any of the 1 on 1 access to chats and dashboards. I'm just doing all the legwork of training everybody and keeping everybody hype and accountable. And I'm like irritated I'm getting left out and not advancing I feel like I should have been trained as the CM and then hired the CMIT to take my place not the other way around and there was no communication about my growth plan so when the new canvas manager got hired I was honestly shocked forgetting previous conversations about me not saying in Bremerton. But I planned on staying until the vans we currently have are trained. And I want to go to Olympia but I'm not sure what that is going to look like if I'm gonna be demoted or even have a chance for promotion. So I feel like my promotion was taken from me and is being dangled in front of me and that I'm not getting any of the credit of the work I am doing. And just doing the grunt work while a new person gets to have my position and now she is training me but yet hasn't even been here for a month it's annoying. I bleed for this team and I don't get anything recognition outside the brand because everybody in the branch knows the value I bring and so I feel super disconnected from the rest of the company and it's not giving me hope to want to continue trying for a position I could have already been in and will now probably not get another chance to get for a long time and I'm not happy about it. So clarity would be nice.
