Pros

Friendly environment. Everyone is helpful. Good starting point for newbies in that field.

Cons

As with many MSP companies higher management don't have a clue what is really going on with each particular IT account. Your local manager is always remote and hardly answer your questions. Hard to get raises. Don't value senior employees thinking of us as bodies that needed to support a company's IT needs. Knowledgebase for new employees doesn't exist. You learn on the fly.

As for knowledge base and training, we have implemented the DYOPATH University so all new hires will receive the proper training and not have to learn on the fly for their role.
