Great company to work at

Not really any cons i can think of

Being in the field of gaming is cool. The chairs are cool as well.

The company has 0 plans for the future. Management can't even awnser what our goals are for the year. If someone gets fired (which happens all the time) then the work is just split up between the rest of the remaining people. No matter your position. I've seen customer service do graphics and warehouse do social media. The only thing that the owner cares about is if boxes leave the door, he hasn't even been to the states to check his own warehouses in over a year. No trust in employees. Work is everyday except weekends, Christmas and New Years. They are only here in the states to send money back over seas and will not compensate you for your hard work. Oh and new products are worse then ever along with 0 idea of how to properly launch a product. You've been warned.
