Pros

As a fresher you'll get a good handson experience of the latest technology, this is the only pros to tell!! I was in Wintel Team (Deployment_vmware)

Cons

1. No Work-Life balance (I'd rate 0 out of 5) 2. If you accept some additional work(by dedicating outside of shift hours) they will take it for granted and keep on dumping work on you untill you are occupied 15 hours in a day. 3. NO JOB SECURITY: Your TL is going to give silly useless reasons to higher management and fire you. 4. My TL was extremely toxic, he used to dominate us and speak like as if we are his slaves 5. Worst leave plolicy (they are going to expire at the year end if you dont use and cant even encash them), if you apply for leaves say 4-5 days even though its well planned the TL would behave like as if you are asking his kidney. 6. Senior team mates start assigning you their work beyond a certain limits, if you deny it they will start showing their filthy behaviour.

Pros

Company just born out of a merger of CSC and the old EDS spun off by HPE Seems to be a good match of size and capabilities A lot more business opportunities, a much larger sales and delivery capability Great people in the trenches, smart, talented, experienced Stock price through the roof for three years straight...but options no longer given out to employees Brilliant CTO

Cons

Same CEO as CSC, which means no raises or bonuses, constant cutting (value retention) Drive for more off-shoring, landed resources (Indians brought to America on bogus visa justifications, for six month intervals). Replacing people with software as fast as possible Replacing experienced people with inexperienced people as fast as possible Ridiculous sales goals set by people who have never sold anything in their lives
