Flexible working hours, and that's about it at this point. Look somewhere else. You can bank on not getting a pay raise.
Cons
Looking to move positions out of the Washington, D.C. Area as fast as possible. Hiring replacement workers is a joke. Project unify is the biggest waste of money. Mgmt is not focused on making clients or employees successful. The Herndon government building has a roof that's leaked for 10 years. Their solution is to cover client server racks with tarps that move the water to buckets. One was in place for 2 years. Salaries are also some of the lowest in the market. No pay raises for more than 4 years. Travel is frowned on, and forget about business cards or post it notes.
