Pros
Working at this company has been a genuinely refreshing experience. We're still a small, growing team, but that means every voice matters and there's real ownership over the work. We ship fast, iterate constantly based on real customer feedback, and stay incredibly close to the people we’re building for. What really stands out is our customer base. They're not just users, they're true partners. Engaged, thoughtful, and invested in the product’s success. It's a huge contrast to other tech environments I've worked in where feedback was minimal or ignored. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, cares about impact, and wants to be part of a tight-knit team that actually listens to its customers, this is the place.
Cons
Not really a con, but you must be a self-starter to succeed and do well at DX. Since we are still a startup, you will do a lot of self-led learning to get onboarded, and since we're shipping fast, you need to keep up with all of the releases and new products coming out. Not everything is going to be perfectly baked with finished resources to enable all team members. This may be an adjustment for some coming in but a great opportunity to grow and learn.
