Boring and depressing environment - Anonymous employee DX Employee Review

Not a nice environment, management very inactive. A lot of the employees clock watch as they either bored or hate it there. No flexibility in working, 100% office base - no trust to work from home, no flexibility if you want to finish a little earlier or start later on some days.
