5yWe are truly saddened you feel this way. We do not take this feedback lightly as we take great pride in providing a positive culture where our employees feel comfortable, appreciated, and valued. There are multiple women in management positions in this company, and we will always promote the most qualified person for the job. We support every race and culture, and we strongly believe that everyone here is treated fairly and equally. That is very important to us as a company and always will be. We are always trying to improve the workplace at Discount Waste, and we value feedback from all employees. We do encourage our employees to leave reviews with their honest feedback and realistic expectations so that potential candidates know what to expect. If any current employee comes to management and is no longer happy in their position, our policy has always been to offer assistance through one of our outside recruiters to help them find another place that may be a better fit. We genuinely want our employees to be happy.
