      Pros

      Diverse Crowd. You'll make new interesting friends for sure. Easily accessible. Free-ish work culture. Tattoos, long hair, piercings welcome, you won't be judged. You'll learn how to work in a high pressure, inefficient environment.

      Cons

      NO sense of personal space or time. Very biased towards the 'seniors'. The juniors will always be juniors here. No scope of growth. Extremely unprofessional work ethics. Poor Internal communication mechanism. If you have mental health issues (anxiety, depression) stay away. Too much internal politics. Seniors aren't experienced enough to lead teams.

      - Good for understanding agency marketing experience and overall workings.

      Cons

      - No clarity regarding work to be done on a day to day basis. - Involve you in projects that count more towards tedious labour than skilled work. - Involvement in skill based projects highly based on corporate politics. - Tendency to overwork/ have work done stolen without credit. - Over reliance and overuse of ai in every capacity, especially for copywriting and creatives production.
