Pros
Some pros - but I highly recommend job seekers look elsewhere. SunLife benefits are good. Salary is above market average. I took the job thinking the pay was great, and then when I spent a few months in the role I realized why they offer a high salary... they cannot keep talented employees longterm. Longterm employees here are disengaged, and just floating along. No motivation to move up in their career. It is a very demotivating environment. They pay here is not worth the experience.
Cons
Zero formal training. Expectation is that you come in day one and know how to do your job. Dont take a job here expecting anyone to teach you so be prepared to do a lot of self-learning with little support. They do not invest in training and development. Little opportunity for advancement. DUCA has no brand in the market. Prospects look to DUCA as a last option and not a first option. Overall, I will never recommend this company to anyone. Look elsewhere. You're Welcome.
