Panalpina was absorbed by DSV, Panalpina has a much bigger airfreight market complements itself with DSV Supply chain.
Cons
The merge from a smaller company with a much different policy, they do not like big accounts, accounts that demands losing a little but gaining a lot in different situations, they want Win-Win businesses all the time and won't spend nothing more than necessary. Will probably lose big accounts because of this.
