No training at all, you have to sit with someone and have to learn from him. That person will also deal you like a manager. In 1,2 days the management will except you know everything and you will be bombarded with work. Managers just sit to see the quality only they do not take care about the work. Managers are just cheating all the days at your back and enjoying whole day. Too much politics. Open space workplace so you can listen what other is saying about you. Will never suggest someone to work there, no learning at all. Too much work which you cannot even handle it in 9 hours long day. Staff has low morale and everyone is looking to move.
