Pros
I have been with the company for several years and have seen it go through many transitions, some good and bad. In the last few years the teams are the strongest I've seen in regards to teamwork and communication within the sites and Senior Leadership. Direct manager has a macro-management approach, which is appreciated. This allows empowerment and creative thinking to lead my team. Co-workers have a great attitude and are a large contributor of why I have stayed with the company so long.
Cons
Shared Service Department could use some work. It doesn't always feel as we are a team in regards to the payroll & benefits departments. Employee benefits changed this year and need to be re-evaluated as it has had a significant impact on employee moral and employee financial stability.
