Pros
They hire people with no industry experience, and there's health insurance and a 401K plan.
Cons
Poor to no communication between anyone at any level; no bonuses, no positive incentives to do anything well/quickly, only negative consequences for actions. Rumor and gossip controls the office. No one's ever sure if they're breaking a rule or not. There's also no real option for promotion/upward mobility.
