Previously enjoyed working for DSV, it was positive and supportive work environment under previous leadership.
Cons
Due to recent changes in local management I've notice a shift towards micromanaging which includes heavy delegation without support or leadership, department manager lacks structure and accountability. Another manager uses threatening language with staff which creates a stressful and uncomfortable atmosphere.
