- No official flexitime policy;
- 2-weeks notice must be given before taking annual leave;
- Micro-management is rife and HR is corrupt; you`ll not receive the same level of treatment or protection if you are not the CEOs son or girlfriend - you are a second-class citizen.
- An unhealthy preoccupation of CCTV surveillance in the office (CEO has unfounded insecurities);
- The CEO provides poor direction and has no leadership qualities;
- HR typically responds in a very dismissive and condescending tone to reasonable concerns i.e, health & safety issues and company direction.
