4yThanks for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience. Please allow us to respond to some concerns you raised. We take your comments very seriously as we've invested a lot of time and energy to create a work culture that is supportive, inclusive, and reflects our values. If you felt, at any time, that a situation was cause for concern, we have multiple channels to provide feedback, including anonymous feedback via the intranet, staff satisfaction surveys, DEI surveys, pulse checks, meeting with a member of senior leadership and/or HR, engaging with our outside HR consultant, or using our 800# for anonymous feedback. While we understand that Glassdoor is an easy venue for reviews, it's difficult to be able to address concerns after the fact and in this mode. We will continue to push forward in our efforts to improve DEI and our culture across the organization.
Additionally, our benefits package is available to new team members shortly after they're onboarded, including our 100% employer-paid, platinum level healthcare benefits, FSA, commuter benefits, cell phone and internet reimbursement, and more.
