      Amazing benefits and perks! The company really cares about their employees and having a good work/life balance. Flat hierarchy in the office.

      Odd hours can be brutal. Very niche

      Pros

      DRW values my input and ideas, and allows me to explore new ways of conducting surveillance. The firm is not afraid to try things that may not work out in the end.

      Cons

      You have to have the confidence to push forward. People will help and guide you, but you must initiate the activity.
