Pros
Learn a lot of things in a short period of time. Learn to manage work pressure and time. I think management is becoming friendly now. I really appreciate that.
Cons
Have to work on holidays. We have to sacrifice our personal matters for a small salary. No good salary and hike. No proper rules and regulation. Rules and regulation changes with the greed of the company. We have to extend working hours daily and we cannot leave the office at least 5 minutes early. Rude behavior of the management.
