      None. Genuinely None. I wanna say remote work for the sake of listing one pros atleast but everything is remote now so...

      Cons

      lack of leadership and the direction they're headed. They treat engineer and any other resource as disposal. it's offshore shop and get the work done anyway in any cheapest way possible place. Quality isn't what they care about.
