Have a Teri tolerance drug policy which is fine. They Will lie and say you passed a test on hiring when taking a saliva test then if you get injured like I did and sober btw, they will still drug test you doing another test and with thc it’s not always out of your system depending on how much you used prior to taking the job. You can comply and they will still fire you for a false positive. Also working in locations without msha certification.
