DP World has one of the most toxic work environments I’ve experienced. Employees are randomly placed on PIP (Performance Improvement Plans), often without valid reasons, making the process feel like a tool to remove people rather than help them improve.
Managers deliberately assign extremely tight and unrealistic deadlines, not to encourage efficiency but to create pressure. The belief seems to be that pushing people beyond limits will yield better results, but in reality, it only leads to stress, burnout, and high attrition.
There is little to no genuine support from management. Instead of fostering growth, collaboration, and learning, the culture thrives on micromanagement and fear.
