Pros
Health benefits were great, and some of the brands were fun to work on.
Cons
My title and pay did not match my day-to-day job. I fulfilled a much bigger role overseeing all facets of digital marketing, including extensive website management and copywriting, but was paid much less under the guise of only doing social posts. I also spent most days walking on eggshells not knowing whether someone would snap at me unexpectedly. My role was downplayed at the company to other teams and company leadership. The company also did not do regular reviews and raises (aside from the occasional cost-of-living increase), so in my time there, I never received a true performance review or a raise based on going above and beyond my job title/the role I was hired for.
