      Mi sento stimolato a dare il massimo ogni giorno. Il mio responsabile mi sta accompagnando in un percorso di crescita. Ho la possibilità di fare smartworking 8 giorni al mese e questo è sintomo di fiducia nei confronti dei dipendenti.

      Mi trovo benissimo, non posso parlare di svantaggi

      Pros

      Total scam!! Looking for unsuspecting people to work hard 6 days a week for 12 hour days, isolating you from the outside world. No insurance and no base salary - if there is one on the job description, it’s a lie!

      Cons

      Run away from here!! No matter what you apply for, you will be asked to do sales with false promises of future monetary gain. Make you shadow someone for 8+ hours for 2nd interview. Mentally, physically, and emotionally unsafe environment!!

      None. This company (and its 2 mirror companies) is getting free labor as part of their recruitment process. Pretty slick but it is illegal. That's why they keep changing the company(s) names. Stay away!

      Cons

      Not paid for time I worked during recruitment process. This is a big SCAM.
