If you're just starting, it can be good for experience.

Like the previous review I have to agree that both of the owners have no idea how to run a healthy business for employees. One of the owners has little to no knowledge of the services DNT Media offers, which causes incredibly tight deadlines and a high stress environment. They expect you to do more than what they pay you and expect you to stay overtime without pay. You get little to no time off and when you do take time off, they expect you to be on call. There is little to no communication when you do make a mistake, choosing to just do it themselves and yell about it to each other in their office. So in the end you are left not being able to show that you are able to learn from your mistakes and fix it.

I guess they gave out a bonus. But only once. That and surprisingly the work was satisfying. Their clients are for the most part reasonable, decent people to work with. The bosses, however...

Everything everyone else has said and more. These two are the most unhealthy, toxic, terrible bosses I have ever had the displeasure of working for and I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to this place. I have picture proof in my phone of the "owner" literally flipping his desk out of anger over a minor issue, and the other sitting there saying it's "just how he is". It was horrifying. I can't imagine what their poor wives go through at home. One was almost definitely a high school bully and the other a loyal minion. It was almost cartoonishly bad, but even cartoons usually have some explanation for the madness.
