Good people, not so good management and no product - Anonymous employee DNA Electronics Employee Review

The Interview process did took its good 3 months (initial recruiter call, call with manager, presentation on site, another call with CEO and then one last call with manager) but to be honest I do think they take the time to choose the best person for the role as everyone here is amazing to work with, even with the London office. Work/life balance is great! And the pay as well. I had awful experiences with my last 2 companies by DNAe is a blessing.

No Cons at all! Hoping to keep growing together.

Interview was welcoming and encouraged authenticity and communication. I felt so at home pretty much immediately. The onboarding process was smooth and seamless, and everyone I met was warm, welcoming, and eager to chat. We are encouraged to have a healthy work-life balance, which is so so so nice. I don't feel like this job is a drag at all. I love doing what I do and my coworkers and the overall vibe of the company enhances my passion for my work. I had awful experiences at other jobs and companies in this industry, but DNAe has been a blessing. The pay is great, the flexibility is even better, and the people are absolutely fantastic. I know this all sounds too good to be true, but this is the first time I've been happy at a job in my many years of working in this industry.

I truly have no complaints. I was put off at first by the overly relaxed vibe in the office and labs, but after awhile I totally understood where that came from. I think after being in toxic work environments and constantly being pushed to be constantly working, having a healthy work environment was unreal to me. I am so glad that DNAe encourages that healthy relationship with your work
