Pros
- Depending on your office location, the people. Barcelona, London, and Cambodia are the best IMO - It's a great place for people who thrive on speed - You can learn a great deal if you leave yourself open - Range of projects from very challenging to very standard (so a little something for everyone) - Very trusting atmosphere
Cons
- If you've worked at other consultancies before, then you understand the nature of the beast: feast or famine - There really isn't a DMI culture; i.e., it's a collection of acquired companies each with their own expertise and culture. The only reason I have this as a negative is that it can make working across technologies/expertise difficult. - High turnover. Don't get too attached as each quarter can bring bad news and your friend/colleague/yourself may be out. Again, if you've worked at other consultancies you understand this and accept it.
