Pros
Absolutely nothing. It's built like a Ponzi scheme; they feed you with a fake sense of friendship and community, and an "opportunity to change your financial life, but it's really just tiring to see and know the fake smiles and the fake energy all around. It's quite sad because some of these people are really just there to have a fighting chance in surviving this economy, and are willingly succumbing to the fantasy that this job sells you. I am really hoping for the best for them, but Lord have mercy, never again. And I especially pray for this one girl who was on my team, she literally skipped an interview for a marketing or IT apprenticeship for a miserable day of this work.

Where do I even start? Not straightforward about the pay Not straightforward about the working hours Not straightforward about the commissions Not straightforward about the pay for the training you will undergo (Honestly, I think this one hurt me the most) Honestly speaking, they are not straightforward about anything. If you are inquisitive, you will end up having more questions than you should when you get the job than before you had it. Sorry, set people and the recruitment team who are in on it, especially the one who conducted my interview and ended up becoming my supervisor, I almost can't see you as human. I hate the job, the company and everyone who makes up the organisation. The fact that y'all are still there working for as long as you have. Honestly. I'll just stop here because I can get very disrespectful, but I'll try and contain myself.
