Co-workers are great. People will help you get acclimated, Interesting business. Great customers. People work hard and have pride in their jobs. Good procedures.

Management seems to have become self serving. Great place to work if you just keep your head down and work. No real career advancement. It is all about corporate and not the employee, no matter what they say. It used to be a family company but the new culture doesn't really support this atmosphere anymore. People seem to be afraid to talk. Since the old GM and others left - different company. People don't smile. It is not a fun place to work anymore. Not great communication from management. It is not the same company of the past and customers comments are all over the place too and not always good.
