Cons

Not too many work days, Low Paying, Location Management is very spotty and unreliable, the company treats small venues in small towns like they are in a metropolitan area or very large city, the pay system and frequency is horrible.

DLS Ballantyne rocks; Shannon and Nicole are great leaders and very flexible when it comes to scheduling. Money is average, but the environment and energy of the team makes up for it.
