Pros
Working from Home Each office is different. I worked in Texas and enjoyed my coworkers and had a great experience.
Cons
I was one of the 300+ employees who was completely blindsided and laid off in April. It was such a traumatic experience and was never explained why "I" was chosen. I had a lot of deliverables due and so disappointed by the approach and handling of Regional Managers. Glad to know the Principals got only a 10% pay cut, while I lost my job. Being let go in a ZOOM ROOM with others was so impersonal and depressing. The design is NOWHERE on par with competing firms (HOK, HKS, Perkins + Will, Gensler....etc) - I was often embarrassed to look at the design portfolio. This firm does a lot of acquisitions and there is a very clear divide between what is DLR Group versus what the other firms Often felt like I was a slave worker
