No benefit for employees, especially in software development. if you have not completed 1 year in appraisal month, then you have to wait for next appraisal month to get salary increment. Less holidays, they don't give you a full day even for an election date. You didn't get any money for your overtime work. Salary is very low. I have a B.tech in Computer science and still I get 7500. The work I have completed is sold to middle east companies and getting a profit of millions. No bonus is given to employees

Best place to start as a software tester.They have a set of QA team members.Awosome projects and nice work environment.

As i memtioned as a fresher its a best place to build a proper base on testing. But hike and salary is not upto the ,market.
