Pros
There's no work, so if you want to spend your day idle, this is probably a place for you. It's laid-back as you wont be doing much, and not much will be expected of you.
Cons
No real engineering being done, no real work being assigned, co-workers are on auto-pilot collecting checks and going home. If you are an engineer and you want to actively develop, be in an active development environment, or actually learn and grow then this is not the place for you. Management is also very passive aggressive, non-confrontational, and would rather make up lies to address an issue rather than be straight forward with you. Young engineers come and go like a revolving door because there is no growth or opportunity. All of the young engineers have come and gone since I left (5 total). If you're thinking about working for DKW as a SE in Cherry Point, definitely steer clear unless you are hard-up for your first job but regardless a future employer most likely won't be impressed with it in the first place (and you'll have gained literally zero skills of knowledge).
