      Pros

      All-around great company, working towards a genius business concept. Vibrant, fast paced culture, with smart and bold colleagues. Management is focused, dedicated, and they hold impressive backgrounds. They format the environment to be very mission driven, which gives meaning to the work. When something isn't working, the company moves quickly to fix it.

      Cons

      Growing pains: the company plans to grow quickly. Operation infrastructure is a challenge in a fast growing startup. Management is good at communicating that the operation infrastructure is in the works.

      Pros

      Product, team, lots of snacks! The product is amazing and will change B2B purchases. Cool people to work with and to socialize with. Great pay, benefits, snacks, and a monthly book allowance. :)

      Cons

      Management doesn't always participate in team or company events outside of office.
