Pros
For the most part a good motivational energy, (Just keep swimming attitude) money set aside for events at the call centers that employees can participate in, anything that has nothing to do with the actual Job in other words.
Cons
Ive worked at Dish for a little over a year now and can't agree more with those who have commented below. Dishs CEO is blind if he is to ignore the people who 'cut the grass' as it were, what's ridiculous is the payload he expects every one to carry while calling everyone a salesperson to compensate for the companies failing revenue, and to complain about call flow at his call centers, while allowing repetitive takedowns of customers channels and embarrassing lawsuits over simple tech features on equipment to give leverage to other companies over dish...simply it is far too stressful a workplace with far too little compensation for the work being performed.
