Pros
Compared to my previous employers, I'm very pleased with how things have gone thus far at DISH. The wage is decent with opportunities to make a lot more through sales bonuses and performance pay. I've already gotten a raise and three bonuses within my first six months working here. DISH has a positive, friendly environment and I actually look forward to work every day now.
Cons
There is a lot of micromanagement. It always feels like someone's watching you or listening to you.. because, well... they are. I can see where somebody with a short attention span or poor time management could get in trouble working here; it's a job where every second counts, no matter what you're doing. It's also difficult dealing with some of the more ignorant/abusive/illiterate customers... of which you will find there are many.
