Pros
management at my store does treat me with respect. store is close to my house. most of my fellow associates are a pleasure to work with.
Cons
absolutely no chance for promotion. all management is hired from without. the position and salary you hired on at will be where they will keep you as long as you work here. pay raises are insulting in their stinginess. store management gets 5 figure bonuses while you are supposed to happy with a nickle raise.
