Pros
Having a job, Team environment, growth opps if you brown nose the right ppl. Coachable employees at my store, TV's on the sales floor
Cons
As company goes from transforming itself from a retailer to brand, they have rethink a lot of different thnigs. the processes that are getting installed are great, but you have to let the store teams master them first, before add more and more on the plate. Morale is a 911. its the most thankless organization that I have worked for.
