No loyalty to Team Members, as far as getting scheduled for your availability. I had a limited availability of 36 hours a week, 4 hours a day Mon-Fri and OPEN availability on Sat and Sun. I was scheduled on more than one week in a row for a HUGE 6 HOURS! Management at the location in which I worked was lacking in professionalism and the ability to communicate accurate information to employees. I was hired as an Operations Associate, I was unaware of what I was even hired for until my first day of work.
