Senior Management sometimes sets goals at unachievable levels and timeframes. Payroll lacking in order to give customer service as needed Bonus is lacking compared to other companies Guidance is usually opposite from district leadership, to Regional and then Corporate staff Highly Loss Prevention driven and focused company, sometimes a little overboard.
